The story
There has been a murder at the host's estate. You are the main suspects in this brutal homicide and, in this windowless basement, confessions will be dragged out of you.
The Investigator fires direct accusations to break the suspects' nerves, while his partner sets psychological traps, stitching together the inconsistencies in your alibis and waiting patiently for the slightest tremor in your voices.
A traditional lie detector is useless in the dark, so they have turned to a new technique: with different agave spirits —tequila and its relatives— they will begin several rounds of questioning.
It is a point-blank assault. When the Detective calls out a guest's name and fires an incriminating question, the accused must down their spirit in one go and answer with their alibi immediately. If the kick of the tequila makes you slip into any inconsistency, the detectives will pounce on the table, snap the invisible handcuffs on your wrists and the sentence will fall upon you.
